FAQS

New client information

How do I book a session?

Step 1: Email me
In your email, please briefly let me know the reason for reaching out, and which days and times you are available for weekly sessions. I will get back to you and let you know if I have availability at those times.

Step 2: Phone consultation
If our calendars align, we will book in a free phone consultation to talk about your needs and goals and to see whether we are a good fit for each other.

Step 3: Booking a session
My booking system and intake form are archaic manual, so we will arrange our first session via phone or email.
This may change in the near future.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please let me know at least two business days (48 hours) in advance, in which case no cancellation fee is payable. The best way to let me know is by sending a text to 0449 713308, or sending an email to victorialkean@gmail.com

If you cancel within 48 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of half the scheduled fee will apply. You will not be charged a cancellation fee if I am able to reallocate your session. If you fail to attend an appointment without prior notice or cancel on the day of the appointment, the full fee is payable.

We acknowledge the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we work and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. Sovereignty has never been ceded. It always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
We recognise the past atrocities against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of this land and that Australia was founded on the genocide and dispossession of First Nations people.

We acknowledge that colonial structures and policies remain in place today and recognise the ongoing struggles of First Nations people in dismantling those structures. The struggle to seek justice, to remember and address this nation’s past is ongoing and is a necessary requirement for individual and collective healing process.
